T-ball

There is something so endearing to me about seeing my little boy in a baseball uniform.  We put E in T-ball this year and he's only got a couple of games left until the end of the season.

At first, he wouldn't hit the ball, run the bases, or catch the ball.  About half way through the season he decided to hit the ball, but he still wouldn't run the bases.  He has finally made the choice to do it all - hallelujah!

The thing is that E is the kid on the team who is constantly playing in the dirt.  He has no idea what is going on with the game around him - or perhaps he just doesn't care.  Either way,  there are two things that he DOES know for certain.  1.) It's fun to play in dirt, and 2.) He gets treats at the end of the game.  He just doesn't seem to care about the rest of it.  And that's ok for now...it's T-ball.

But he sure looks cute in that uniform.

So where are the pictures!!!!!???? He sounds totally normal for his age; just you wait!! You remember the miles on your mom's car?........Boys are tons worse!!! Aaron put as many miles on the care as all three older sisters put together!!!! But, you're right.......there's just something about seeing your son in a baseball uniform!!!!!

I can see him playing in the dirt and excited about the treat. Remember Alana in dance class at age 3? She ran circles around the teacher and all the obedient girlies in their tutus. She did it at the concert too. It was bad. Really bad. I bet he looks absolutely ADORABLE. Love you sis. I love your words even if there are no picts.
